AI/ML Engineer

You'll work with large datasets, implement state-of-the-art algorithms, and collaborate with product teams to bring AI capabilities to production. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement machine learning models and pipelines
• Work with LLMs and integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Build data pipelines for training and inference
• Optimize model performance and reduce latency
• Collaborate with product teams to identify AI opportunities
• Stay current with latest AI/ML research and techniques

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment
• Experience with vector databases and embedding models
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+)

Nice to Have

• Experience fine-tuning large language models
• Publications in ML/AI conferences
• Experience with computer vision or NLP
• Knowledge of distributed training systems
