AI Engineer (LLMs + Agents)

About the Role

We're looking for an AI Engineer to join our partner companies building the next generation of AI-powered products. Unlike traditional ML roles focused on training models from scratch, this role is about building on top of foundation models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Llama) to ship real product features. You'll design RAG architectures, build LLM-powered workflows, integrate AI APIs, and create intelligent agents that solve real business problems. What You'll Do

• Design and build products powered by foundation models (Claude, GPT, Gemini)
• Architect and implement RAG pipelines with vector databases
• Build LLM-powered features: summarization, classification, extraction, generation
• Integrate AI APIs and manage prompt engineering at scale
• Evaluate model outputs and implement guardrails for production safety
• Collaborate with product teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ with LLM/AI integration
• Strong Python skills and experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Hands-on experience building RAG systems and prompt engineering
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Qdrant)
• Understanding of embedding models, tokenization, and context management
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+)

Nice to Have

• Experience fine-tuning large language models (LoRA, QLoRA)
• Experience building multi-agent systems (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph)
• Knowledge of model evaluation and benchmarking frameworks
• Background in MLOps and model deployment pipelines
