Agentic AI Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for an Agentic AI Engineer to join our partner companies building the next wave of AI automation. This role goes beyond chatbots — you'll design, build, and orchestrate autonomous AI agents that complete real tasks: processing documents, qualifying leads, triaging support tickets, generating reports, and more. You'll work with frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen to create multi-agent systems with memory, tool use, and human-in-the-loop oversight. Posting volume for this role grew 986% since 2023, making it the hottest AI specialization in the market.

What You'll Do

• Design and build multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Implement agent architectures with memory, planning, and tool-use capabilities
• Build reliable agent orchestration with error recovery and human escalation
• Design evaluation frameworks to benchmark agent performance and safety
• Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and enterprise workflows
• Implement guardrails, rate limiting, and cost controls for production agents

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering, 2+ building with LLMs
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
• Strong Python skills and async programming proficiency
• Experience with function calling, tool use, and structured outputs from LLMs
• Understanding of agent patterns: ReAct, plan-and-execute, reflection, multi-agent delegation
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+)

Nice to Have

• Experience building production agent systems at scale
• Knowledge of agent evaluation and red-teaming methodologies
• Experience with workflow engines (Temporal, Inngest) for agent orchestration
• Background in distributed systems or event-driven architecture
