About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Platform or Site Reliability Engineer to join our partner companies past the point where infrastructure can be a side job. You'll own clusters, pipelines, and golden paths, define error budgets, and make the safe way to deploy the easy way. This is engineering, not ticket triage: most of the work is code and automation.

What You'll Do

  • Own Kubernetes clusters, workloads, and upgrade cycles
  • Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform across environments
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling
  • Define SLOs and error budgets and instrument services to match
  • Lead incident response and write post-mortems that change something
  • Build internal tooling that removes toil for product teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years in platform, SRE, or DevOps roles
  • Deep Kubernetes experience, including networking and RBAC
  • Strong Terraform and infrastructure-as-code discipline
  • Experience with CI/CD systems and progressive delivery
  • Scripting in Python or Go for automation and tooling
  • Excellent written and verbal English (B2+)

Nice to Have

  • CKA or CKAD certification
  • Experience with service mesh or eBPF tooling
  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and alert design
  • Cost-optimization experience across a large cloud account
