About the Role
We're seeking a QA Engineer / SDET to join our partner companies and ensure product quality at every level. You'll design and implement test automation frameworks, write end-to-end and integration tests, and establish QA processes that catch bugs before they reach production. With AI-generated code now making up 40%+ of commits, the need for rigorous, automated quality assurance has never been higher. This role combines testing expertise with strong engineering skills.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement test automation frameworks (UI, API, integration)
- Write and maintain end-to-end, integration, and unit tests
- Define QA strategy and testing standards for the engineering team
- Set up CI/CD quality gates and automated regression suites
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
- Collaborate with developers to improve testability and code quality
Requirements
- 4+ years of QA engineering or SDET experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, or Java
- Experience with test automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Pytest)
- Experience with API testing and performance testing
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and quality gate integration
- Excellent English communication skills (B2+)
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-assisted test generation tools
- Knowledge of load testing tools (k6, Locust, JMeter)
- ISTQB or similar QA certification
- Experience testing AI/ML features and non-deterministic outputs
