I started Ruzora because I lived the problem.

As someone who's built and scaled engineering teams, I've experienced every version of the hiring nightmare: the three-month recruiting cycles that end in declined offers. The offshore experiment that delivered half-working code across an eight-hour timezone gap. The staffing firm that sent 20 unvetted resumes and called it "curation."

I also knew something most US companies didn't: Latin America has extraordinary engineering talent. Engineers who studied at top universities, shipped production systems at scale, and work in the same timezone as US teams. They just didn't have the visibility or access that US engineers had.

Ruzora exists to fix that mismatch. We find the top 3% of LATAM engineers and embed them directly into US startup teams — not as offshore contractors, but as true team members. Every engineer is vetted across five stages. Every placement is matched by a human recruiter. And I personally review every senior-level engagement.

In startups, timing is everything. A feature shipped this month is worth more than a perfect feature shipped next quarter. We built our entire process around urgency: 72-hour shortlists, two-week onboarding, and responsiveness that matches startup pace.
